By creating an Office 24/7 account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
These Terms are between you ("Subscriber," "you," or "your") and BusiBoxx Inc. ("BusiBoxx," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the Office 24/7 platform.

New subscribers receive a 30-day free trial. A valid credit card is required to begin the trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
Billing begins automatically on day 31 of your trial at the monthly rate for your selected plan. To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the end of day 30.

Prices are in US dollars and subject to change with 30 days' notice.
All payments are processed by Stripe. By providing a payment method, you authorize BusiBoxx to charge that method for all applicable subscription fees. Failed payments may result in service suspension after a brief grace period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us at info@busiboxx.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access through the last day you paid for. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months.
If you cancel during your free trial period (before day 31), you will not be charged anything.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at info@busiboxx.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You agree to provide accurate business and contact information during signup and to keep that information current.
Vera announces at the start of every call that the call may be recorded. You are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable call recording laws in your jurisdiction. In jurisdictions requiring all-party consent, you are solely responsible for ensuring that Vera's announcement satisfies those requirements or for taking additional steps to obtain consent.

We aim to keep Office 24/7 available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Vera's call handling depends on third-party telephony infrastructure (Twilio). We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance in advance.
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by events outside our control, including internet outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
Office 24/7, Vera, BusiBoxx, and all associated trademarks, software, and content are owned by BusiBoxx Inc. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform or content.
Content you provide — your business name, logo, phone number, and related materials — remains yours. You grant BusiBoxx a limited license to use that content solely to provide the service to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BusiBoxx's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue or lost business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold BusiBoxx harmless from any claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service in violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alberta, Canada, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
